Three fatalities occurred and no fewer than nine people got hurt in the most recent Ukrainian strike on the Russian border region of Belgorod, as reported by local officials.

The loss of life took place following a strike on the village of Maslova Pristan in the early hours of Wednesday, officials said. Rescue personnel were continuing to search for people feared trapped under wreckage.
